Information you choose to send

When you request an estimate, Home Pros Handyman LLC receives the contact and project information you enter: name, phone, optional email, town, state, ZIP, service category, optional timing and project details. We use it to review and respond to your request.

The website saves the request in a private database for owner follow-up, along with its submission time and status. Access is restricted to the authorized owner account. Records are kept for customer follow-up and ordinary business recordkeeping unless deletion is requested or they are no longer needed.

Automatic email and SMS delivery are not currently active. After submitting, you can use prepared email or text links, which open your own email or messaging app. You must tap Send there to deliver that message. You can also call or text directly.

Merchandise orders

The Shop link opens the Home Pros Printify store. Printify and its payment providers process orders and payments under their own terms and privacy policy.

Website analytics

First-party activity metrics record page views, browser sessions, and call or text clicks for the private owner dashboard. They do not intentionally store visitor names, IP addresses or precise locations. Contact details are stored when you submit an estimate request. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GP6SJT40LX) measures visits and page activity. Contact details and project descriptions from the estimate form are not sent to Google Analytics. This site does not use AdSense.
