Information you choose to send

When you request an estimate through the form or automated assistant, Home Pros Handyman LLC receives the contact and project information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, town, state, ZIP code, service category, requested timing and project details. This information is used to review and respond to your request and coordinate requested services.

This website does not create or keep its own database record of your estimate request. The completed form or assistant request is sent directly to Richard by email using FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. FormSubmit processes the information to deliver the email and states that submissions may remain in its archive for up to 30 days.

After the email request is accepted, the website opens the same information as a prepared text message addressed to Richard at (862) 248-4837. Your phone requires you to tap Send; a website cannot silently send a text from your device. Until submission, assistant answers and project details remain only in the open page and are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. You may call or text directly instead if you do not want to use the online request features.

Merchandise orders and payment

The merchandise page is a catalog and does not collect merchandise orders, shipping addresses or card information. A product becomes purchasable only when its button leads to a real published Printify Pop-Up Store. If checkout is not connected, the merchandise page does not accept an order or payment.

When you leave this website for Printify, Printify and its payment provider process the product selection, customer contact information, delivery address, payment, tax, production, shipping and customer-support information required for the order. Their privacy, payment, return and fulfillment terms apply. Review Printify's privacy policy before purchasing.

This website may measure an outbound Printify product click in Google Analytics using the catalog product name or identifier, without attaching the name, phone number, email address, shipping address or payment information entered at Printify. Do not send card numbers or other financial-account details by text, email or the estimate form.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, scrolling, outbound-link activity and interactions with call, text and estimate-request features.

Home Pros Handyman LLC does not send the name, phone number, email address, town or free-text project details from the estimate form to Google Analytics. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
